The operational and business aspects of our practice are managed by Administrative Specialists of Arizona (ASA); a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAA.  ASA has 40 full-time employees, and takes care of scheduling, billing, collections, bookkeeping, accounting, and physician licensure and staff applications.

The employees of ASA have over 400 years of cumulative administrative, financial, and operational experience; unlike the high turnover rates usually seen with traditional billing services and medical practices, ASA employees have been with ASA for an average of 6-1/2 years.  Our Employees are treated well, and this is reflected in their job performance as well as their attitude towards customers, patients, and payers.
